Welcome to Paradise Pickup! These Terms govern your use of our app and your access to Paradise Play Park Arena. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance & Venue Access
- Eligibility: You must be 18+ or have legal guardian consent to use the App.
- Single Location: You acknowledge that all games organized through this App take place at Paradise Play Park Arena in Trinidad and Tobago. Access to the venue is a privilege, not a right.
- Security & Safety: We provide on-site security for your safety. You agree to comply with all directions from security personnel and arena staff.
- Users are prohibited from uploading profile images that contain nudity, violence, or offensive symbols. We reserve the right to remove any image and ban users who violate these standards.
2. Account Registration
- Identity: You must provide accurate information. For the safety of our community, impersonation or providing false data is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban from the venue.
- Responsibility: You are responsible for all activity on your account.
3. Payments & Currency
- Currency: All transactions are in Trinidad and Tobago Dollars (TTD) via WiPay or onsite.
- Platform Fees: These fees cover app maintenance and venue security/utility costs and are non-refundable.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

- Host Fines: Hosts who cancel late will be fined (Min: $20 TTD / Max: $500 TTD) to compensate players.
- Venue Cancellations: If we close the arena (e.g., weather/maintenance), you will receive a 100% refund.
5. Venue Rules & Conduct
- Safe Space Policy: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for violence, harassment, or discrimination. On-site security is authorized to remove any individual violating these rules.
- Equipment: Players must use appropriate footwear (e.g., turf shoes/sneakers) as required by the arena.
- No-Shows: Frequent no-shows damage the community. We reserve the right to restrict your account if you consistently fail to attend games you have joined.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Assumption of Risk: Sports are inherently risky. By using the App and Venue, you assume all risks of injury.
- Liability Cap: Paradise Pickup and Paradise Play Park Arena shall not be liable for any injuries, property loss, or damages sustained on-site, except where required by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago.
- Security Disclaimer: While we provide security to maintain a safe environment, we are not liable for the sudden or unpredictable actions of third parties.
7. Dispute Resolution
- App Disputes: Issues with payments or cancellations must be raised through the App support.
- Venue Disputes: Issues occurring physically at the arena should be reported to on-site security or management immediately.
- Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.
8. Intellectual Property
All App content and the “Paradise Pickup” and “Paradise Play Park Arena” brands are the exclusive property of the owners.
